其内部包含一个8K×16bits的一次性可编程只读电存储器(OTP-ROM),1个1K字节EEPROM,可以学习10个按键,且内置了红外学习电路。

该芯片采用 OTP 工艺制造,高性能、低功耗红外发射电路,T-KEY 三角矩阵键盘,最多可组成
66 个按键。除了能实现 50 多种常用基本码型外,还可实现一些特殊码型。每个按键可以选择 16 种用户码,可设置单帧、不发码。

1K infrared emission single chip microcomputer manufactured by OTP process
It is a infrared emission circuit utilizing OTP Technology with low power consumption and high performance. It has 13 I/Os , and can forms 66 keys at most . Additionally, it can encode to realize more than 50 universal IR formats, and include some special IR formats. All these IR formats provide by a development software , and the user don't encode IR formats any more. In the development software, you can select one IR format for your remote control, then it can be set 16 different user codes; Also they can be set as sending only one frame code or no code.
